The story of Locomotion
Locomotion Models is associated with the National Railway Museum and its Shildon site, Locomotion. By the 2013–14 financial year, the Science Museum Group reported that the business produced limited-edition locomotive models and contributed £100,000 for reinvestment at the National Railway Museum in Shildon. The Group also reported strong demand for a 00-gauge Deltic model, with 1,000 pieces sold within three weeks of launch.
