Kenton toys is a beloved American brand known for producing highly detailed miniature cast iron replicas. Their products range from animal figurines to vehicles like cars, trucks, and fire engines, and have a particularly famous line of realistic toy banks. The authenticity displayed in their toys not only sparks joy in children but also satisfies the discerning eye of vintage toy collectors.

Kenton kicks inspiration into high gear, originally founded in 189 in Kenton, Ohio by F.M. Perkins and Austin Dunlap. It started as a hardware manufacturing company but, noticing a rise in popularity of cast iron toys, they jumped into the toy industry around the 189s. The company was known for its innovation, scoring a mega-hit in 190 with a novelty bank that distributed dimes. In the 192s, Kenton ventured into the automotive toys industry, drawing great acclaim for the realistic design of their toys. True collectors got a fun fact for you! It was called 'Kenton' because it was the junction of two railroads making it easy to ship out the toys!
