Faller is a German manufacturer of model railway accessories and in the past of race track systems. The company was founded in 1946 by brothers Edwin and Hermann Faller. In the beginning, simple wooden model kits were made with which houses could be built.
Just after WW II the brothers Faller started their company in a small town in the Black Forest (Germany). In that period there was a shortage of everything, except for wood.
