Preamble

This document delineates the codified stipulations under which purchasers of vintage products (“Goods”) from KallisToys B.V. (“the Vendor”) are entitled to remit said Goods for consideration of reimbursement or substitution, pursuant to the conditions herein described. This policy is crafted in strict adherence to the guidelines set forth by our and third party regulations and is imbued with the intent to furnish both clarity and fairness to the contractual engagement between the Vendor and the purchaser.

Article 1: Preliminary Conditions for Return

1.1. The purchaser is accorded a temporal window of seven (7) solar days, commencing from the documented date of arrival of the Goods, within which an entreaty for return must be lodged with the Vendor.

1.2. Eligibility for return is contingent upon the Goods being in an unaltered state, mirroring the condition in which they were originally dispatched, save for the unavoidable vicissitudes inherent to the transport and handling of vintage articles.

1.3. The Goods must be accompanied by all original accompaniments, including, but not limited to, packaging, documentation, and any ancillary items, in a state untarnished by the purchaser.

1.4. A bona fide proof of transaction, manifesting in a receipt or similar documentary evidence, must underpin the request for return.

Article 2: Non-Eligible Goods for Return

2.1. Goods bespoke in nature, personalized, or otherwise modified at the behest of the purchaser, are irrevocably excluded from the ambit of return.

2.2. Items designated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are henceforth exempt from the return policy.

2.3. Monetary tokens, such as gift cards, are not amenable to return or exchange.

Article 3: Procedural Mandates for Return Initiation

3.1. The purchaser must proactively communicate with the Vendor’s customer service echelon, furnishing details pertinent to the transaction and the Goods intended for return.

3.2. Subsequent to the lodgment of the return request, the Vendor shall impart procedural guidance and logistical details for the remittance of the Goods.

3.3. Unsanctioned returns, devoid of prior intimation and approval from the Vendor, shall be nullified forthwith and bereft of any claim to refund or exchange.

3.4. The financial onus for the conveyance of returned Goods rests with the purchaser, and such expenses are non-recoverable under the auspices of this policy.

Article 4: Refund Adjudication and Disbursement

4.1. Upon receipt and meticulous examination of the returned Goods, the Vendor shall adjudicate the eligibility for refund.

4.2. Affirmation of the refund shall precipitate an automatic restitution of funds to the purchaser’s original modality of payment, within a temporal framework contingent upon the policies of the issuing financial institution.

4.3. In instances of declination, the Vendor shall furnish a comprehensive rationale, underscoring the grounds upon which the return was found deficient of the stipulated criteria.

Article 5: Exchanges

5.1. Given the singular nature of vintage Goods, exchanges for identical items are inherently constrained by availability.

5.2. Should the purchaser opt for an exchange, and an analogous item is extant, the Vendor shall navigate the exchange process, subject to the conditions herein.

Article 6: Recourse for Damaged or Erroneous Goods

6.1. In the event of receipt of Goods in a damaged state or divergent from the original order, the purchaser is enjoined to promptly notify the Vendor, facilitating an expedient resolution.

6.2. The Vendor commits to a thorough evaluation and rectification of such grievances, through either replacement, refund, or other amicable solutions.

Article 7: Inquiries and Clarifications

7.1. Any inquiries, requests for elucidation, or contentions regarding this Return and Refund Policy are to be directed to the Vendor’s customer service conduit.

Codicil

This policy is subject to amendments or modifications at the sole discretion of the Vendor, with or without prior notice, within the purview of regulatory compliance and business exigencies.
