The story of Grimland
The Grimland Brothers made lithographed toys in Marietta, Georgia, during the 1940s and 1950s. Their products included semi-removal trucks decorated with the names and liveries of moving companies. Surviving examples include trucks marked for Allied Van Lines and Grey Van Lines, and show the maker name Grimland Toys. The firm’s premises were destroyed by fire during the 1950s; its production did not continue beyond that event, according to the available specialist account.
