The story of Fujimi
The history of Fujimi is as detailed and captivating as its models. Established in the city of Shizuoka, Japan in 1948, it was initially a wooden model manufacturer, Toyota Model Company. In 1961, the company shifted gears to produce plastic models and evolved into the beloved brand, Fujimi. During the last six decades, Fujimi has made remarkable strides, leaving a lasting print in the global toy industry with its masterfully crafted miniature models. An interesting nugget about the brand is its name 'Fujimi,' translating to 'do not die' in Japanese, which embodies its commitment to continue creating models that spark joy and creativity.
