The story of Apocope
Founded in the heart of English toy making tradition, the legendary Apocope embarked on its remarkable journey in 1921. The brand sprang to life from the creative mind and visionary zeal of its founder, Earnest Brompton, a passionate toymaker himself. The little factory in East London became a cradle for dreams, fantasy, and creativity that sparked a revolution in the world of toy crafting.
Throughout its time-honored legacy, Apocope has garnered the admiration of enthusiasts globally, weaving a fabric of interesting narratives along the way. A lesser-known fact about this gem is that during the tough times of World War II, it kept the hopes and spirit of children alive by creating a line of toy soldiers, a much-cherished collectible now. Inspiring generations, fostering dreams, and shaping the landscape of toy making, Apocope carries a fascinating story that adds value and prestige to every piece it sells.
